2025-12-16Grupa Azoty has submitted a counteroffer to Orlen for the acquisition of 100% of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins shares worth PLN 1.022 billion. The proposal is non-binding and subject, among others, to completion of the restructuring proceedings at GAP.
